The Harvest Restaurant was founded in 1972 by Linda and Phil Hart of Queenbury, NY. After 52 years of ownership, the Hart's retired and gracefully passed the torch to local restauranteurs, the Hoertkorn and DelSignore families. With a deep commitment to quality food, exceptional customer service, and having a positive impact in our community, The Harvest continues its longstanding tradition as a regular dining spot for the locals and a must-stop for visitors coming to the Lake George region.
